Qualifications

• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and control entry/exit for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Verify visitor authorization and manage visitor credentials and logs.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per security protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and surrounding perimeter.
