Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing requirements per state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, issue access credentials, and document incidents.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of residential areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, contractors, and leadership regarding access concerns and incidents.
