Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies and access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate as required by site procedures.
• Conduct regular/random patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain access logs and incident reports per company and site rules.
