Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• License requirements may apply depending on state and role
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the site.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Issue and maintain visitor credentials, contractor passes, keys, and access devices as directed.
• Respond calmly to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
