Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Monitor and control access to the site by verifying credentials and recording entries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Enforce visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry procedures with a professional presence.
