Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Age 21+; 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Control access to the facility by verification of identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery permissions.
• Monitor entry/exit points and maintain accurate visitor and access records; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and communication protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, business areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
