Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Subject to background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage access to the location by verifying credentials and directing guests.
• Observe access points, alarm systems, cameras, and report security concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
