Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Key Control in Lebanon, IN. This role offers fixed shifts with an anchor schedule and the option to earn more via the Claim-A-Shift program, plus potential for growth within the company.

The position pays $22.00 per hour and requires a six month commitment to the site, plus the ability to pick up additional shifts across multiple sites as needed. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, visitors, and employees while following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage access points, verify authorization, issue credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and escalate to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access.
• Maintain an orderly lobby and support daily building operations while deterring unauthorized entry.
