Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per laws.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local rules.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and support badge access for an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns; notify appropriate personnel and document events.
• Conduct regular patrols of facility areas, loading docks, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports; communicate observations to leadership and site contacts.
