Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and transportation personnel by following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain entry records, and direct individuals per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document required information for reporting.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions.
• Deter unauthorized access by following procedures for vehicle screening and restricted areas.
