Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors per site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access points; verify credentials and issue visitor passes; maintain entry/exit logs.
• Observe vehicle activity; coordinate access for deliveries and shipments; report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly; follow reporting and escalation procedures.
