Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Part-Time Proctor to support academic, placement, certification, and accommodated testing within the Learning Center. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service, education, administrative support, testing, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Proctor academic, placement, certification, and make-up examinations per procedures.
• Verify student identity and ensure compliance with testing regulations.
• Monitor testing environments to maintain exam security and integrity.
• Administer accommodated exams per student accommodations.
• Document testing irregularities and report concerns to Learning Center Coordinator.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and testing materials.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for testing software and technology.
• Ensure exam instructions are followed and documented.
