Rutgers University–New Brunswick (Piscataway, NJ) seeks a part-time Non-Teaching Coadjutant to support undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resource Management. The role involves classroom management, grading, and student engagement under supervision of the course instructor.

Responsibilities include assisting with in-person meetings, responding to student questions, proctoring exams, and supporting course administration via Canvas and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred experience as teaching assistant, tutor, instructor, or academic support role.
• Current graduate students or those pursuing an advanced degree encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with in-person class meetings and maintain an organized classroom environment.
• Grade assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams using rubrics.
• Respond to student questions via email and during office hours or by appointment.
• Proctor in-person examinations and ensure policy compliance.
• Moderate small-group and full-class case study discussions.
• Assist with course administration through Canvas or other instructional technologies.
• Deliver occasional guest lectures or instructional sessions as assigned.
• Perform other course-related instructional support duties.
