POSITION:

Part-time Academic Instructor (Adjunct Faculty)

LOCATION:

NDSCS – Wahpeton, North Dakota

JOB SUMMARY:

Duties include providing instruction to students in the classroom and academic advising and support to students.

SALARY:

Commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Support the mission, vision, and values of NDSCS.
2. Ability to articulate and support the two-year postsecondary college philosophy with a commitment to teaching and learning in a two-year college setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Motivated, self-directed, and able to work effectively and professionally with students and staff in a team setting.
5. Computer and technology literate.
6. Valid driver’s license.
7. Masters in the content area.
8. Teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Successful college or postsecondary teaching experience.
2. Experience with online teaching.
