Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• 1–2+ years of experience in tutoring, teaching, or instructional coaching.
• Valid driver's license & insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Tutoring at 1-2 school sites and substitute when needed.
• Observe tutoring sessions and provide instructional feedback.
• Coach and support tutors to improve instructional quality.
• Facilitate coaching meetings and professional development.
• Use student data to guide instructional improvements.

Skills

Strong communication and leadership skills

Education

Enrolled/Graduated from college, university, or trade school
