Job summary

Dynasty's United Youth Association is hiring Peer Tutor Support students to help K–12 learners in Los Angeles, Koreatown, or the San Fernando Valley.

This in-person role involves supporting Academic Tutors, assisting students 1–3 years below grade level, and implementing skill-building activities.

The position offers $21.00 per hour with 15-20 hours per week, and includes an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Some tutoring, mentoring, or youth support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license & insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support Academic Tutors in classroom and small group instruction.
• Assist with homework help, skill practice, and academic enrichment.
• Help track student engagement and learning progress.
• Support behavior and classroom management as needed.
• Participate in training and professional development.

Dynasty's United Youth Association is now hiring dynamic Peer Tutor Support students in overcoming learning loss, building grade-level mastery, and thriving academically across Los Angeles, Koreatown, or the San Fernando Valley.

We are looking for a team member to support Academic Tutors in delivering K–12 academic support to elementary, middle, or high school students performing 1–3 years below grade level. Assist with small group instruction, classroom support, and skill-building activities to help students close learning gaps and reach grade-level proficiency.

Requirements:

• 21+ years old
