Job summary

Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving mentorship from an experienced BCBA.

The role offers part-time hours with after-school/evening availability, a chance to learn hands-on ABA techniques, and ongoing supervision. Transportation to client homes is required and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for helping children and families.
• Reliable transportation is recommended for home visits.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
