Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a motivated ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our Morris County team on a part-time basis. You will conduct ABA sessions for children with Autism, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization.

Required credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, BCaBA coursework, and RBT certification, with strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to manage multiple cases and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education.
• BCaBA coursework completed.
• RBT certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions for children with Autism using evidence-based techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Provide Parent Training to empower home carryover.
• Maintain accurate records and data collection.
