Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our care team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, guided by evidence-based interventions.

This role offers flexible, part-time hours, paid training, and a path for professional growth within a supportive clinical team. RBT certification is required before working; strong patience and communication help families and children

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
