Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks experienced Part-Time Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in homes and at centers. You will work under a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior support plans and promote positive skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, discrete trials, and executing treatment plans. Growth opportunities, tuition discounts, and Masters BCBA program support are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials, and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
