Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned ABA agency in New Jersey, seeks a compassionate ABA Therapist (BT) for part-time/per diem roles. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, under supervision and in collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with families and other professionals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices and improve clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress.
