Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and help clients make meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include collecting session data, following behavior intervention protocols, and communicating progress with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete RBT training if not certified.
• Interest in behavioral health and working with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors.
