Job summary

STEPS Behavioral Health in Royal Oak, MD is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, track client progress, and support families and teammates to promote success.

Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, evenings to start with potential for more shifts, and opportunities for full-time advancement. RBT certification training is provided, with bonuses and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification.
• Previous experience with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and document data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
