Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Child Autism Support Professional (Entry Level) in Knoxville, IA to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to gain BCBA supervision hours as you progress.

You will work as part of a clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, record data, and collaborate with families to support independence for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and behavior change.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families in progress.
