Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks a passionate Child Autism Support Professional (Entry Level) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Knoxville, IA. As an RBT, you will implement skill-building plans under supervision and help children reach their goals.

This entry-level, part-time position offers paid training, flexible hours, and a pathway toward BCBA schooling partnerships. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required; you will join a supportive clinical

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
