Job summary

Heartland ABA in Knoxville, IA seeks an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes and community settings. This part-time position offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
