Job summary

Heartland ABA in Knoxville, IA is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. This role supports independence and positive behavior under the supervision of our clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a passion to help children with autism, and are willing to learn. RBT certification is required before working; paid training is provided; positions start part-time with flexible

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Willingness to learn and grow in ABA support roles.
Patience and compassion when working with children with Autism.
RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
