Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. This role is ideal for those seeking part-time work with flexible scheduling and immediate access to earnings through same-day pay.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, record data, support families, and collaborate with a clinical team. Paid training is provided and a 6-month commitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Carry out services in clients’ homes or community locations.
