Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. Services are provided in clients’ homes or community settings, with paid training for newcomers and flexible part‑time schedules.

You’ll record data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to support children with Autism and their families. A 6‑month commitment is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and support families while collaborating with the clinical team.
