Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA teams. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing treatment plans and collecting data to track progress.

The position is part-time with opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical team. Training is provided, and you can access Same Day Pay to access earnings after clocking in and out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
