Job summary

New Patterns ABA – CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Middlebury, CT. You will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing tailored treatment plans to help clients reach their goals.

You will collect data, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care. A positive, proactive approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field, or currently enrolled in a program leading to a degree.
• RBT certification or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Entry-level friendly; no prior autism-specific experience required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to clients in home or community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and needs.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior, maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
