Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion, able to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
