Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Iowa is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in achieving their goals through evidence-based ABA therapy. You will provide one-on-one services, implement skill-building plans, and work with a clinical team.

Positions are part-time, with Same Day Pay and flexible scheduling. Training is provided, and we offer career advancement opportunities, referral bonuses, and partnerships with BCBA programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
