Heartland Behavior Analysis seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Iowa. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based strategies to promote independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers same-day pay, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and pathways for advancement within a supportive clinical team. Paid training is provided, with opportunities to grow alongside BCBA schooling partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and serve children with autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage with families.
