Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement individualized skill-building plans and be an integral member of the clinical team, recording session data with electronic tools.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, an active RBT certification, and demonstrate patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active RBT certification is required before starting.
• Passion for helping children with Autism and a patient, empathetic approach.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes or community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic documentation tools.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
