BK Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individualized goals through ABA services. You will collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans and record accurate session data in clients' homes or community settings.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification (or are eligible) and a high school diploma, with a genuine passion for helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patient and compassionate with a calm disposition in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
