BK Behavior is seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in their homes or community settings. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based ABA services one-on-one to children with Autism and collaborating with a clinical team to implement care plans.

Ideal candidates are currently RBT certified, patient, compassionate, and able to maintain composure in challenging situations.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
