Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving personal goals through evidence-based ABA services. Roles are part-time, with opportunities to advance within a thriving ABA practice.

Responsibilities include direct client work, data recording, and family collaboration in client homes or community locations. Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma, be committed to autism support, and have or be willing to obtain RBT

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
