BK Behavior seeks a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, supporting skill-building and independence, while collaborating with our clinical team.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement within a supportive, clinical environment. RBT certification is required prior to working with clients.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion to make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
