Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated ABA team delivering one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings. You’ll contribute to individualized goals and collaborate with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about helping children with Autism. Training is provided, and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Integrate into the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
