Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Iowa area. We offer part-time roles delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations, with support from a robust clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

New hires receive paid training, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the thriving ABA field while contributing to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
