Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. We provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations, focusing on independence and positive behavior. Part-time positions with flexible schedules and rapid onboarding are available.

No prior experience? Paid training is provided. You will be part of a robust clinical team and gain opportunities to support families and children with Autism while earning competitive compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
