Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking part-time ABA assistants to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You’ll implement skill-building plans under supervision, record data, and support families to improve outcomes for children with Autism.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with a 6-month commitment. Evening hours align with school schedules, and advancement opportunities exist within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team for skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
