Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. This part-time position offers paid training and exposure to a thriving field focused on helping children with Autism.

You will work as part of a clinical team, supporting independence and positive behavior while documenting progress and coordinating with families. No extensive experience is required, and training is provided to get you started.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
