Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas is seeking Part-time ABA Technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision, collect data, and support families with positive behaviors.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided. Evening shifts (5pm–7pm) fit student schedules, with opportunities for growth in a thriving ABA environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
