Heartland ABA in New Market, Iowa seeks caring individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.

We offer paid training, flexible part-time schedules, and pathways to BCBA schooling partnerships. A commitment of six months is encouraged to support stable client outcomes and team continuity.

Formación

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm in challenging situations.
• Experience in ABA or working with Autism is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
