Job summary

myHHBS in Orange County, CA is seeking a part-time ABA Clinical Supervisor to join our team of BCBA and RBTs serving children with autism. The role offers flexible afternoon hours and a commitment to ethical practice and high-quality supervision.

You will provide one-on-one supervision to therapists and families, conduct parent training, supervise interventions, and ensure accurate data collection and program implementation. Monthly BCBA meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or 5 Masters ABA courses with transcripts.
• Minimum 2 years experience providing ABA to children with Autism.
• Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong organization and multitasking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one supervision to the therapist and case.
• Provide one-on-one parent training on the case.
• Provide therapist on case with supervision, guidance, and training in ABA antecedent control procedures, teaching strategies, and consequences.
• Ensure that the program is being implemented correctly and consistently.
• Conduct quality control processes for clinical treatment, schedule/cancellation, signatures for rendered sessions, therapist performance, data collection, and more.
• Collect accurate data that will be reviewed by a BCBA for Progress Report completion.
• Meet with your BCBA once a month to review cases.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to the client if your behavior therapist is absent and cannot provide the treatment session.

We are a team of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Registered Board Technicians in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. We are Autism Specialists that service the entire Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County.

We are committed to utilizing the treatment modalities that are antecedent interventions, the natural environment, direct reinforcement and collaboration between families, caregivers and behavior analysts in order to provide the most effective interventions available and foster independence.

Must be available Mon-Fri from 2pm-8pm

This is a part time position! Approximately 8-22 hours per week -

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis OR at least 5 courses must be completed in a Masters ABA program. Transcripts Required
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism.
  
• Expertise in the development of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
  
• Experience supervising RBT/Behavior Technicians (Therapists) - Preferred.
  
• Must have reliable transportation.
