myHHBS is a growing ABA team providing services across Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties. We seek enthusiastic Behavior Therapists for part-time positions to deliver high-quality one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in the LA/OC region.

We offer paid training, supervision, and opportunities for career growth; positions require availability 3:00–8:00 PM, Mon–Fri, with 5 openings.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periods.
• Negative TB test within last 4 years.
• Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under supervision of a BCBA and Master’s level supervisor.
• Collect data on all programs.
• Analyze and assist young clients in developing appropriate social behaviors and life skills.
• Record detailed observation notes for every client.
• Collaborate with family members to obtain feedback on progress and provide support.
• Attend clinical team meetings and training sessions.
• Work independently as well as on a team, taking instruction and feedback positively.

We are a team of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Registered Board Technicians in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. We are Autism Specialists that service the entire Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County.

Job Description

At myHHBS,we are a growing team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, MasterLevel Supervisors, Registered Behavior Technicians, and BehaviorTherapists in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior AnalysisTherapy (ABA). We are currentlyseeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Therapists forpart-time positions to deliver quality, compassionate, andempathetic one-on-one services throughout Los Angeles County. Must be available within the hours of 3:00-8:00 at least 3 days per week Mon-Friday.

Requirements

Behavior Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:

Behavior Therapist Requirements and Qualifications:

Education and Experience
