Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a Part Time Behavioral Aide in Apple Valley to support K-12 students with special needs for the 2026/2027 school year. You will implement IEPs/BIPs, provide tailored instructional support, and apply ABA methods to reach targeted goals.

Work hours are part-time with no nights or weekends, school holidays off, and the role offers paid training, paid sick leave, 401K, daily pay, and milestone bonuses up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with students in school or treatment settings preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Some positions require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI when needed.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
