Job summary

Point Quest Group is hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Aide for the Apple Valley region. The role supports K-12 students with special needs, implementing IEPs and BIPs and delivering one-on-one instructional support using ABA methodologies. Work weekdays during school hours with no nights or weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in educational settings, and required background checks. The position offers paid training, benefits, and milestone bonuses up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings is preferred.
• Background checks as per state law (DOJ/FBI Live Scan) and TB clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and transportation.
• Record daily data on student behavior, skills progression, and learning objectives.
• Communicate progress and concerns with teachers and supervisors.
